These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Player", "User", "you", or "your") and ang888 (hereinafter referred to as "ang888", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ang888 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://ang888.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and digital services.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the ang888 Platform regardless of geographic location, device type, or method of access. Malaysian players accessing the Platform from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or any other location within or outside Malaysia are equally bound by these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

"Platform"

The ang888 website, mobile web interface, and all associated digital services operated at https://ang888.cam.

"Account"

A registered user account created by a Player on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process and, where required, KYC verification.

"Player" / "User"

Any natural person who has registered an Account on the Platform and is aged 21 years or above.

"Wallet" / "Player Balance"

The virtual balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), representing the aggregate of deposits, winnings, and applied bonus credits, less withdrawals, losses, and any applicable deductions.

"Bonus Funds"

Any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

"Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover"

The minimum aggregate betting turnover that must be achieved before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 15x = fifteen times the bonus value).

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by which ang888 confirms the identity, age, and eligibility of Players in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention requirements.

"Prohibited Territory"

Any jurisdiction in which the use of ang888's services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, as determined by ang888 at its sole discretion and updated periodically without notice.

"MYR"

Malaysian Ringgit — the sole currency in which ang888 transacts all deposits, withdrawals, and Player balances.

"Force Majeure"

Any event beyond ang888's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, cyberattacks, infrastructure outages, governmental actions, or natural disasters.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the ang888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person and at least 21 years of age. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons may not register Accounts;
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by ang888 for breach of these Terms;
• You do not reside in or access the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• The use of ang888's services is not prohibited under any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ang888, nor a close family member of any such person;
• You are not a registered problem gambler or subject to any self-exclusion order at any other gambling platform where ang888 participates in a shared exclusion programme.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You must keep this information updated at all times.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or spouse/family accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing withdrawal limits, or any other purpose constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ang888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify ang888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

ang888 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal entertainment and recreation, and not for any commercial purpose;
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content;
• You accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited into your Account;
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or to manipulate game outcomes;
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated abuse of promotions;
• You acknowledge that all game outcomes on ang888 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical game mechanics, and that neither you nor ang888 can influence or predict outcomes;
• You will conduct yourself in a respectful manner within any live chat, support interface, or community feature and will not harass, threaten, or abuse ang888 staff or other Players.

ang888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: DuitNow instant transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank2u online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT Tether.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, subject to individual payment channel limits as imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider.

All funds deposited into ang888 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and full forfeiture of the deposited amount.

ang888 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees or impose foreign transaction charges where applicable. ang888 accepts no liability for any such third-party fees.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once the following conditions are satisfied: (a) your Account has completed KYC identity verification; (b) all active bonus wagering requirements have been fully met; (c) the requested amount does not exceed the daily or monthly withdrawal limit applicable to your account tier; and (d) your Account is in good standing with no active disputes or restrictions.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier: Bronze — RM5,000; Silver — RM15,000; Gold VIP — RM50,000. These limits apply per calendar day (midnight to midnight, MYT).

ang888 shall process approved withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX are typically processed within 1 to 3 banking hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes, subject to network confirmation times.

ang888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. The maximum processing review period in such cases is 5 business days.

ang888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement, typically ranging from 10x to 20x the bonus amount, before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms;
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is RM500 unless otherwise specified. Placing bets above this limit may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings;
• Game Contribution Rates: Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games contribute 20%. Crash games contribute 50%. Specific rates are detailed in individual promotion terms;
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the period stated in the promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited;
• Maximum Cash-Out: The maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings is typically capped at 5x the bonus amount unless the promotion terms specify otherwise;
• Bonus Abuse: ang888 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and close any Account found to be abusing promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group bonus clearing, or placing bets that violate the maximum bet rule.

All bets placed on the ang888 Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to that game or market. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game only.

For sports betting, including football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Champions League), UFC, and other markets, bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. ang888 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void bets at its sole discretion, including in cases where: (a) a manifest pricing error has occurred; (b) the outcome of an event is already determined at the time of bet placement; or (c) there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.

Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. A single incorrect selection voids the entire parlay. Void selections within a parlay reduce the bet to the remaining selections and recalculate the payout accordingly, in accordance with standard Asian handicap parlay rules.

ang888 accepts no liability for any losses arising from misunderstood odds formats, incorrect bet selection, or failure to read applicable game or market rules. It is the Player's sole responsibility to understand the bet type, odds, and potential outcome before confirming any wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or a fictitious identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in games or the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit bonus offers in combination with hedging on external platforms;
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Territory by means of a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider without first contacting ang888's support team;
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or discriminating against ang888 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Upon detection of any Prohibited Conduct, ang888 reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, void all pending and recent bets, withhold the Player's balance pending investigation, and permanently close the Account without notice. Confirmed cases of fraud or money laundering will be reported to the appropriate regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

ang888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, regulatory requirements, or at ang888's sole discretion.

In cases of suspension, ang888 will endeavour to notify the Player via their registered email address within 5 business days, stating the reason for the suspension where it is permissible to do so. Players may appeal a suspension by contacting ang888's support team at the email address specified in Section 18.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ang888's support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within 10 business days of the closure request being approved.

ang888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ang888 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, fraud detection systems, and regulatory authorities as necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable laws.

All personal data is stored and transmitted using industry-standard encryption. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation by contacting ang888's support team.

ang888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform is strictly limited to Players aged 21 years and above. ang888 provides the following responsible gambling tools accessible through your Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each play session, after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during extended play sessions reminding you of time elapsed and net account activity;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; (b) create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use any ang888 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner without ang888's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of ang888's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ang888's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ang888 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunities arising from the use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages, including emotional distress or reputational harm;
• Any losses arising from delays, interruptions, or errors caused by Force Majeure events or third-party service providers including payment processors, telecommunications providers, or internet service providers;
• Any losses arising from technical malfunctions, software errors, or hardware failures beyond ang888's reasonable control, provided that ang888 takes prompt remedial action upon becoming aware of such issues;
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including account security obligations.

Nothing in this clause limits ang888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ang888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and digital commerce law as determined by ang888's licensing jurisdiction. Players acknowledge that online gambling regulations may vary by jurisdiction and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform, Players are requested to first contact ang888's support team to seek an amicable resolution. ang888 commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

Should a dispute not be resolved through direct communication, ang888 may, at its election, submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
